How Does it Work?

Flat Fee MLS

1. Select a Flat Fee MLS service plan according to your needs, budget and expectations. Click on List Your Property Online Now!
    

2. Click on the appropriate MLS Listing Form for your property, fill out your property listing information and submit. You will be automatically taken to the MLS Listing Agreement online form.
    

3. Fill out and e-sign the MLS Listing Agreement where indicated and submit. You will be automatically taken to the secure payment page.
    

4. Pay online conveniently and safe through PayPal using a major credit or debit card or US mail your personal, company check or money order payable to Choice4Selling Real Estate 14748 SW 56 Street #138 Miami, Florida 33185.

    

5. Should there be any questions, you will be contacted.
    

6. Broker will post your property in the MLS within 24 hours upon receipt of all required documents including payment. Once posted, you will receive an e-mail link to your actual MLS posting for you to review and print for your records. Your listing may take up to 72 hours to appear in REALTOR.com®. Enhanced listings will take an additional 24 hours for enhancement to appear in REALTOR.com® computed from the time listing appears on REALTOR.com®.
    

7. You will be able to make changes to your listing after posting by giving written notice (e-mail or fax) to Choice4Selling Real Estate. Listing Broker shall make modifications and changes in the MLS pursuant to MLS rules and regulations. This condition will also apply to REALTOR.com®.
    

8. Once your property listing is active in the MLS, prospective buyers and Realtors will be able to call you directly for information or to schedule a showing.
