REBATE GUIDELINES:

Purchase price less than $250,000 buyer
will receive
$500
-
Purchase price between $250,000 and $349,999
buyer will receive
$1500
-
Purchase price $350,000 or more buyer
will receive
$2500
BUYER CONDITIONS:
-
Buyer will obtain an approval letter from a
local lender prior to making an offer on a
property. (You may choose any lender and
title company)

Buyer will allow C4S to assist in searching
for a property from the MLS.

Buyer will contact C4S only and advice on
any located property or property of interest
buyer may see on his own broker listed on
the MLS, internet or yard sign.

Buyer will allow C4S to prepare the purchase
agreement and conduct all negotiations
between buyer and seller or seller’s agent.

Only if necessary, buyer will allow C4S to
assist in obtaining financing, professional
inspections and title work.

C4S will be compensated a percentage of
commission based on the purchase price of
the property. In nearly all cases the fees
will come from the seller.

Buyer represents the buyer does not have an
agreement for buyer representation with any
other real estate licensee.

Buyer shall indemnify Choice4Selling Real
Estate, LLC and hold harmless from losses,
damages, costs and expenses of any type,
including attorney’s fees, liability to any
person that Choice4Selling Real Estate
incurs because of (1) buyer’s negligence,
representations, misrepresentations, actions
or inactions or (2) acting on buyer’s
behalf.

Buyer understands that Choice4Selling Real
Estate shall act as a Transaction Broker.

Buyer must accept rebate guidelines and
buyer conditions in writing prior to being
eligible to receive buyers rebate.
