What Is The Affiliate Broker Referral Program?

The Broker Referral Program is a network of nationwide brokers and agents who have chosen to refer principals or customers who are selling or buying real estate in the South Florida area, Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Brokers/Agents who participate in our Affiliate Referral Program can refer customers for Flat Fee MLS services or Full Service programs. In return Choice4Selling Real Estate, LLC will pay referring Brokers/Agents an agreed upon referral fee.

Brokers receive a referral fee for our Flat Fee MLS listing service and an additional selling commission, if Choice4Selling Real Estate is responsible for procuring the buyer. Choice4Selling Real Estate, LLC will also pay referring brokers listing and or selling commission earned on traditional Full Service programs. (Sellers or Buyers)

As an affiliate you will need an active brokers license or have an employing broker if you are a licensed real estate agent. Referring broker will need to complete and submit the broker affiliate registration form below.

After submission of your registration form above, click below to print the Affiliate Broker Referral Agreement. Please fax, e-mail or US Mail a completed agreement to C4S for each customer referred. We will then e-mail you confirmation of your referral and an  assigned and exclusive four digit Referral Code for each referral provided.

Either Referring Broker or referred customer may enter general property information on our web site for a Flat Fee MLS listing but note that the party entering the listing information will be responsible for entering the assigned Referral Code under “Referral Code if any” and making the required online payment. Referral Codes help identify, ensure and confirm that Referring Broker receives all compensation or fees earned.

Choice4Selling Real Estate, a Transaction Broker, will use general property information entered on our web site to submit actual listing into the Southeast MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

*A Full Service Referral can NOT be listed online, we will contact a referred seller or buyer to schedule an appointment via  contact information provided by Referring Broker to Choice4Selling Real Estate in the Referral Agreement
